Used Car Technician

We are looking for an experienced Used Car Technician to join the team at Dixie Buick GMC in Fort Myers. This full-time position is a Flat Rate/ skilled labor role. As the Used Car Technician, you will be a key member of the team and use your technical expertise to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair vehicles
• Perform routine services such as brakes, oil changes, and engine tune-ups.
• Inspect vehicles and diagnose any required repairs
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and resolve issues
• Communicate with fellow technicians and staff
• Ensure customer service standards are met

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
• Valid Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification is preferred 
• Comprehensive information about automotive systems and components
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Current, valid driver’s license (required)
