Used Motorcycle Manager Responsibilities

• Own every aspect of the used inventory lifecycle - from acquisition to sale
• Appraise, purchase, and manage trade-ins, wholesale units, and consignment inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and optimize lot presentation for all pre-owned units
• Coordinate reconditioning and prep work with service and detail departments
• Manage online listings, pricing, photos, and descriptions across all platforms
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to maximize margin and turn
• Support the sales team with product knowledge, lead handling, and deal structuring
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, wholesalers, and internal staff
• Uphold MotoCorsa's brand standards and customer-first philosophy in all used vehicle operations
