Are you a motivated salesperson who enjoys building relationships, finding new business, and turning opportunities into sales?

TCI Transportation is looking for a driven Used Truck Sales Representative to grow our commercial truck sales business. You'll work directly with customers, prospect for new accounts, learn our equipment, manage your own sales pipeline, and help businesses find the right trucks for their operations.

This is an active, performance-driven sales opportunity with clear expectations: 50+ prospecting calls per week, 4–6 truck sales per month, and 70+ new opportunities per year.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Prospect & Generate New Business through cold calling, networking, walk-ins, and direct customer outreach.

Build Customer Relationships by understanding what customers need and matching them with the right equipment and solutions.

Sell Commercial Trucks by confidently quoting, presenting, and demonstrating available equipment.

Develop New Accounts through both phone and in-person prospecting while building a strong network of potential buyers.

Find New Markets by identifying industries in your territory that need vocational equipment such as dump trucks, water trucks, and roll-offs.

Drive Sales Results with a target of 4–6 units per month.

️ Stay Active with 50+ prospecting calls each week to continuously build your pipeline.

Own Your Pipeline by keeping leads, prospects, and opportunities organized and up to date in Salesforce.

More Than Just Selling Trucks

This isn't a role where you simply wait for leads to come to you. You'll have hands-on involvement throughout the entire used truck sales process.

Know Your Market by monitoring inventory activity, customer demand, and local market opportunities.

Showcase Your Inventory by helping ensure equipment photos and specifications are quickly available to prospective buyers.

️ Coordinate Truck Readiness by working with Service and other teams to move inventory through inspections, maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and preparation for sale.

Learn the Systems including Salesforce and Fusion to manage opportunities, locate equipment information, and support invoicing.

Own the Customer Experience by following leads from the initial conversation through the completed sale and ensuring customer satisfaction afterward.
