Position: Full time Used Vehicle Sales Professional 

Location: Basil Resale Sheridan 4131 Sheridan Drive Williamsville, NY 14221 

Salary: Base salary plus commission and bonus

Schedule: Five day work week, including Saturdays and some evenings

Sale Professional Responsibilities 

• Greet and offer assistance to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot 
• Provide world class customer service in person, by phone, and online
• Fully explain vehicle performance, features, and benefits to customers 
• Complete sales orders and process all paperwork following dealership policies 
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery
• Remain up-to-date on new products, features, accessories, etc.
• Use computer system to maintain a prospect list
