The User Access Analyst is responsible for administering employee access throughout the user lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding. This position provisions, modifies, and disables system permissions in accordance with approved requests, internal procedures, service level commitments, audit requirements, and information security standards. The role partners closely with Human Resources, department Risk Management Ambassadors, Physical Security, Information and Cybersecurity, IT teams, and business partners to ensure employees have appropriate access to the systems, data, and facilities required to perform their job responsibilities. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, clear communication, and a high level of discretion when handling sensitive information.

Compensation: $24.27 - $36.41 per hour
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Spokane, WA. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. This position is eligible to participate in an applicable incentive plan.
