User Account Manager
ROLE
We need an experienced User Account Manager to support the 441st Vehicle Support Chain Operations Squadron (441 VSCOS). 441 VSCOS centrally manages the Department of the Air Force's (DAF) vehicle fleet enterprise, providing program management, technical, and training support across 257 steady-state and contingency locations and 387 units, including Combat Air Force, Mobility Air Force, and ISR aircraft units, through the ELMS, AVID, and CISP application systems. In this role, you will manage AVID and ELMS user access, process and audit DD Form 2875 requests, and deliver access training and training aids to users. This is a full-time opportunity. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Tracks the user access log for AVID and ELMS and sends weekly reports to the Government designee
  • Manages user access by correctly annotating and uploading forms (e.g., DD Form 2875, user agreement) within one to two business days of receiving the request, with a less than one percent error return rate
  • Reports user accounts at risk of deletion for inactivity in accordance with system administrator guidance
  • Processes, files, and audits DD Form 2875 for AVID and ELMS users according to DoW IT risk management processes
  • Creates and reviews user accounts according to DoW IT risk management processes
  • Reviews system audit logs according to DoW IT risk management processes
  • Implements access training for new users and refresher access training for current users
  • Develops and maintains training aids (e.g., practice tests) to help users understand and access ELMS

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in user account administration, access management, or IT support, preferably in a DoW environment
  • Familiarity with DD Form 2875 and DoW identity/access management processes
  • Working knowledge of ELMS or AVID preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for high-volume access request processing

REQUIRED EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered

Specific vision abilities required by this job include the use of computer monitor screens up to 80% of the time.
