The Role

We are looking for a Technical Learning & Training Specialist to help design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions that support technology adoption across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating technical information into clear, approachable content and working with a variety of audiences. You will partner closely with internal teams to identify learning needs, develop training materials, facilitate programs, and help employees confidently adopt new tools and technologies.

Responsibilities
Conduct needs analyses to identify knowledge gaps and determine learning and training requirements.
Design and develop engaging, multi-modal learning solutions for a variety of audiences.
Create clear technical instructional materials, including step-by-step guides, documentation, job aids, presentations, and other learning resources.
Curate and customize content from internal partners and external vendors to meet specific business needs.
Facilitate instructor-led training programs and presentations in both virtual and in-person settings.
Draft company-wide communications related to technology changes, launches, enhancements, and updates.
Work effectively within a highly collaborative and cross-functional team.
Develop high-quality templates, standards, and repeatable processes for learning solutions.
Stay current on learning, technology, and industry trends to ensure programs remain modern and engaging.
Evaluate learning solutions for effectiveness and impact in close collaboration with the User Experience team.
Identify opportunities to improve technology adoption through creative learning strategies and emerging tools, including generative AI.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience developing and facilitating virtual and in-person training or learning solutions.
Previous customer service, project coordination, or project management experience is preferred.
Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, communications, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and engaging instructions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and comfort learning new technology platforms.
Experience with or knowledge of learning management system administration is preferred.
Creative and innovative mindset with an interest in improving user engagement and technology adoption.
Familiarity with generative AI tools is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
