Join us and make a meaningful impact on our nation's security by enabling the efficient integration of NRO's capabilities, tools, and tradecraft with mission partners. Key Responsibilities:

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Executive Support and Briefings:

  • Develop preparatory briefings, data sets, and materials to ensure MID Front Office leadership is informed and equipped for senior-level NRO meetings.

  • Provide executive-level support (e.g., point papers, PowerPoint presentations, etc.) for MID meetings, technical reviews, and forums.

  • Customer and Partner Engagement:

  • Conduct outreach across the DoD and IC, leveraging domain expertise in customer operations.

  • Build a comprehensive understanding of the full range of customer products, services, and operational needs.

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of MID's key partners, including Combatant Commands (COCOMs), service branches, and other IC/DoD organizations.

  • Information Synthesis and Technical Support:

  • Consolidate input from MID entities and craft coherent, directorate-level responses.

  • Provide technical guidance and subject-matter expertise for NRO's engagements with USAFRICOM, USEUCOM, subordinate component commands, and operations centers.

  • User Education and System Awareness:

  • Educate users on NRO systems, capabilities, and strategic priorities, ensuring they are fully informed and empowered to leverage these resources effectively.

  • Provide updates on resource issues and the operational status of NRO systems and their potential impacts on mission objectives.

  • Rapid Enterprise Solutions:

  • Act as an action officer for the NRO Senior Field Representative and Government Office leadership as needed.

  • Respond promptly and effectively to enterprise-level challenges, applying creative problem-solving and team coordination skills.

  • Strategic Messaging and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Execute strategic messaging initiatives, track user needs, and collect data metrics to enhance customer experience and engagement.

  • Regularly interface with key stakeholders, including Government officials, SETA contractors, FFRDCs, and external mission partners.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with polygraph.

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of professional, mission-related experience.

  • Technical and Leadership Expertise:

  • Strong technical acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to perform under pressure with professionalism and diplomacy.

  • Effective negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with stakeholders across the IC and DoD (including senior military/government officials and contractors).

  • Domain Knowledge:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the intelligence community, customer domains, and technical fundamentals related to IC space collectors, command/control, mission control, and mission processing.

  • Familiarity with SIGINT/GEOINT remote sensing systems, protection measures, and space/ground architecture-including mission management and processing functions.

  • Tools and Capabilities:

  • Expertise in visualization, situational awareness, and collaboration tools to maximize the operational utility of NRO capabilities.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Highly self-motivated, customer-focused, and organized, with a proven ability to perform in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
