Job Description
As a User Experience Design Intern you will:
- Collaborate with designers on user experience projects from concept through implementation
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
- Assist with user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and synthesis of findings
- Participate in brainstorming and design workshops
- Learn and apply design thinking and user-centered design methodologies
- Explore how AI-powered technologies can be incorporated into product experiences
- Use AI tools such as IBM Bob, Claude, Copilot, or similar technologies to support ideation, content creation, and prototyping
- Contribute to design system and accessibility efforts
- Present work to peers and stakeholders and incorporate feedback into design iterations
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers in a collaborative team environment
