Pay range: $61.53 - $84.61/hr.

We are seeking a Contract UX Research Program Manager to support the planning, prioritization, and operational management of UX Research across a large portfolio of work. This role is responsible for helping research teams align to enterprise priorities, manage intake and capacity, improve visibility into active and planned studies, and establish clearer ways to scope, define, measure and communicate research impact.
Core Deliverables:

Partner with UX Research leadership to manage research operations across enterprise and portfolio priorities
Establish and maintain operating rhythms, trackers, and reporting for research work across the portfolio
Support prioritization of research work against business goals, customer needs, and team capacity
Create and evolve frameworks that connect research intake, execution, outputs, outcomes, and business impact
Help define and implement ways of measuring the impact of research on product, experience, and organizational decisions

Qualifications:

6+ years in ux operations, research operations or a related field, such as program management or research coordination.
Experience supporting Research and Design teams in a highly matrixed, product environment
Familiarity with research planning, study tracking, and repository practices
Experience developing frameworks to measure research impact from intake through adoption
Experience working on or supporting user journeys across employee/enterprise/business partner segments, service design, or cross-channel experience work.
