Role: User Experience (UX) Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and collaborative User Experience Designer to craft intuitive, impactful digital products. In this role, you will bridge the gap between user needs, business strategy, and technical execution. You will advocate for our customers, turn complex data challenges into elegant interfaces, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring high-quality experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Product Design: Deliver high-quality design artifacts—including user journey maps, service blueprints, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes—by leveraging your deep expertise in interaction, visual, and service design.

  • Human-Centered Advocacy: Keep the customer at the heart of the design process. Translate user research, data insights, and feedback into scalable design solutions while balance testing with technical constraints.

  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with business leaders to align design outcomes with strategic business objectives. Facilitate collaborative workshops and negotiate balanced solutions that satisfy both user needs and business goals.

  • Technical Problem-Solving: Navigate complex technical landscapes. Understand data capabilities and emerging technologies to design realistic solutions and help engineering teams work through technical limitations.

  • Collaborative Communication: Present design concepts and decisions clearly to diverse audiences across all levels of the organization. Use storytelling, data, and research to articulate the "why" behind your design choices.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of dedicated experience in a Product Design or UX Design role.

  • Tools: 4+ years of hands-on expertise with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (specifically Figma).

  • Collaboration: 4+ years of experience working side-by-side with Product, Engineering, and Business partners to ship products.

  • Design Systems: 4+ years of experience working within and contributing to established enterprise design systems.

  • Domain Expertise: Proven experience designing for highly regulated, complex, and data-heavy environments (e.g., finance, healthcare, fintech, or enterprise SaaS).
