What's the Job?

• Design and develop software interfaces for advisor services platforms, primarily desktop and responsive mobile environments.
• Facilitate collaborative design sessions including sketching and ideation to gather diverse perspectives.
• Lead design reviews, drive decision-making processes, and ensure design consistency across projects.
• Create detailed design solutions considering all aspects of the advisor and end-user experience.
• Translate established patterns and design systems into high-quality deliverables, maintaining high standards of quality and usability.

• Expertise in foundational UX principles and best practices.
• Experience executing high-fidelity designs and creating comprehensive documentation using tools like Confluence and Jira.
• Strong ability to visualize ideas through sketches, diagrams, wireframes, or prototypes.
• Excellent communication skills to set expectations, prioritize activities, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, supporting research efforts and continuous process improvement.
