User Research & Experience Architect

Kforce has a client that is seeking a User Research & Experience Architect in Jupiter, FL.

Summary: This role combines hands-on research, process improvement, and experience strategy to improve usability, adoption, and business outcomes. The individual will act as a liaison between business partners and Human IT teams, ensuring alignment between user needs, workflows, and digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute user research (interviews, workflow analysis, usability testing, surveys)
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify insights and improvement opportunities
• Create key deliverables (personas, journey maps, insight summaries, usability reports)
• Drive experience strategy and support application vision, workflows, and navigation
• Develop and maintain HCD process maps aligned to business goals
• Recommend process improvement to optimize workflows and UX outcomes
• Partner with business, design, and engineering teams to translate insights into action
• Act as a liaison to business partners and users, ensuring alignment and clear communication
• Validate solutions through usability testing and continuous feedback
