User Study Researcher II

Location: 2800 Casitas Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90039

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a User Study Researcher II. This role involves planning, executing, and tracking large-scale data collections and user studies to support algorithm development. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams and support data operations with equipment setup and inventory tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of industry experience in Operations (i.e., data, product, lab, R&D, etc.), Test/Quality/Support Engineering, or Technical Program Management
• Sound technical troubleshooting and triage methodology
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with hardware and software platform setup and protocol creation
• Experience in data operations and inventory tracking
• Familiarity with vendor training and deployment protocols

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and track large-scale data collections and user studies for algorithm development
• Track and report on progress, blockers, and key deliverables to the Data Operations Team
• Collaborate with hardware, software, infrastructure, and operations teams on requirements for data collections
