Overview
A well-established Professional Services Firm is seeking a User Support Specialist to provide firmwide technical support in a fast-paced, inbound environment. This role is primarily remote; however, candidates must be local to the Dallas area and available to come onsite as needed for training, meetings, and team collaboration.
Location & Compensation
- Primarily remote (local candidates only-Dallas)
- Occasional onsite required (training, meetings, team collaboration)
- $50,000 $55,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support (password resets, application issues, email troubleshooting)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Accurately document and track support requests in a ticketing system
- Communicate solutions clearly and professionally to end users
- Research and escalate issues as needed
- Follow up with users to ensure resolution
- Stay current on systems, updates, and internal processes
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Qualifications
- 13 years of Help Desk or IT Support experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and desktop support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- Comfortable in a high-volume, call center environment
- Team-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications

Prior law firm or Professional Services Firm experience
- Familiarity with legal applications (iManage or similar)
- Basic hardware setup and troubleshooting
