Responsible for the direct, on-site supervision of the ESS Operator / Security Guard personnel. They are responsible for both overseeing and being able to personally perform all assigned duties, including all associated tasks. Provide immediate guidance during security incidents and conduct quality control on all operational reports and records before submission to the Supervisor. Serve as the first point of escalation for all operational matters.
Qualifications:
a)Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience in physical security operations, with demonstrated experience in a leadership role (e.g., Shift Supervisor, Team Lead).
b)Hands-on experience operating and monitoring Electronic Security Systems (ESS), managing access control points, and conducting operator-level system checks.
c)Proficiency in managing shift schedules, conducting guard briefings, reviewing operational logs for accuracy, and leading first-level incident response.
d)Strong background in personnel screening, vehicle screening, and the enforcement of security policies and procedures.
e)Must be proficient in the use of government security policies and reporting requirements, including the proper maintenance and review of alarm/intrusion detection record-keeping, such as on DA Form 4930-R.
f) Requires an active SECRET Clearance
