Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Utilities Maintenance Technician to provide hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting support for critical and clean utility systems within an aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical and clean utility systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, alarms, and system performance issues.
• Maintain WFI, Purified Water, Clean Steam, Process Gases, Compressed Air, HVAC, and Chilled Water systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain pumps, valves, heat exchangers, filtration systems, piping, and mechanical equipment.
• Perform equipment inspections, system walkdowns, shutdowns, repairs, startups, and return-to-service activities.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with GMP, SOP, safety, and change control requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on utilities maintenance experience in an aseptic pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with critical and clean utility systems.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS/work order systems.
• Understanding of GMP requirements in regulated manufacturing.
