Utilities Maintenance Technician- Day Shift

Our client is seeking an experienced Utilities Maintenance Technician to provide day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting support for critical and clean utility systems within an aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This individual will be responsible for maintaining reliable operation of utility equipment, responding to system issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting production in accordance with GMP requirements.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical and clean utility systems, troubleshooting equipment failures, alarms, and system performance issues.
Support WFI, purified water, clean steam, process gases, compressed air, HVAC, and chilled water systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting of pumps, valves, heat exchangers, filtration systems, piping, and associated mechanical equipment.
Perform routine equipment inspections and system walkdowns while supporting shutdowns, repairs, startups, and returnto-service activities.
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation in CMMS and ensure all work is performed in accordance with GMP, SOP, safety, and change control requirements.
Requirements:
Experience with utilities maintenance in an aseptic environment
Mechanical troubleshooting experience
Understanding of CMMS/work order systems
