Qualification Requirements:  Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials 
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks or equipment 
• Operate basic tools and machinery (training provided if needed) 
• Clean and prepare job sites, warehouses, or work areas 
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks efficiently 
• Maintain safety standards and use protective equipment as required 
• Assemble or disassemble materials or equipment 
• Support other team members as needed 

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not always required) 
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (often 25–50+ lbs) 
• Basic understanding of safety procedures 
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team 
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic 

Work Environment

• Exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, or machinery
