Job Posting

The Utility Billing/Customer Service Representative position serves as a primary point of contact for residents and is responsible handling inquiries, managing customer accounts, processing payments, coordinating service requests, and supporting daily front-office operations.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent) and two years' experience in an office setting and providing customer service. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree in accounting or a related field; two years' experience in the accounting field; experience in municipal government, preferably utilities; experience with various software computer programs, including utility billing software; and experience with Springbrook or similar fund accounting software. Successful candidates must also pass a criminal background check and credit check.
