The Clark County Water Reclamation District is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the position of Utility Billing Inspector. This position will be primarily responsible for:Conducting on-site inspections for new and existing hotel/casino and other commercial and industrial businesses to ensure that such businesses are in compliance with District Service Rules. Determining most appropriate way to bring a business into compliance if non-compliance issues are discovered, recommending compliance requirements and monitoring compliance activities during the construction phase and conducting follow-up upon completion. Reviewing applications for permits for commercial and industrial facilities to determine sewer service charges; researching and reviewing plans, maps, blueprints and related materials to calculate appropriate charges.
