About the Role
Basic Purpose: Currently the position involves handling all coolants and oils for all machines, operating forklifts, as well as the performance of any other maintenance utility duties as requested.
Shift: 2nd Pay: $18.00

• Must be currently eligible and authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing indefinite basis. • Must be able to continuously meet the Company's production requirements. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous interruptions. • Must have good oral and written communication and organizational skills. • Ability to organize workload for timely accomplishment of work. • Ability to follow instructions, written and verbal. • Ability to communicate with all Company employees in a businesslike and professional manner. • Ability to appropriately handle stress and interact with others. • Must be able to occasionally sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, push and pull, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel. • Must have aptitude required to understand and apply directions for operating various machinery. • Ability to read blueprints. • Ability to use gauges and other measuring equipment to ensure quality work.
TOP ACTUAL TASKS:
• Carry out all waste products from the Plant and dispose of properly (coolants, chips, pallets, cleaners). • Refill machines with coolants that have been mixed properly. • Complete all paper work correctly and in a timely manner. • Drive company car to run errands off of Company premises on occasion. • Rebuild pneumatic pumps as needed.

Shift Premium
A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
