Utility Collections Specialist

Performs intermediate administrative support work assisting in research work to resolve a variety of matters involving delinquent customer accounts, performing meter reading tasks and field work, disconnecting service for non-payment, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Utility Billing Manager.
