Every day brings hands-on variety-from performing manual hand digging and setting junction boxes to placing fiber optic infrastructure.Your core responsibilities will include:Assisting field crews with utility conduit installation, plowing, trenching, and directional drilling operations.Acting as a dedicated safety spotter for heavy equipment operators to ensure a secure job site.Safely moving materials, tools, and supplies across the work area.Setting junction boxes and completing manual hand digging when required.Communicating clearly and effectively with equipment operators and site leads.QualificationsValid Driver's License required.Ability to consistently lift and carry 50+ lbs in outdoor weather conditions.Ability to read/understand basic site drawings or plans.Excellent verbal communication skills for maintaining site safety alongside heavy equipment operators.Willingness to undertake heavy travel along the project corridor.Do you have a proactive, positive attitude?
