POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Utility Equipment Operators (Bulldozer & Backhoe) Temp to Perm

Pay Range: $30 - $35

Location: Hubbard, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Schedule: 5 8''s, start at 7AM

Start Date: ASAP

Per Diem: Per Diem is a possibility but no set number has been agreed on with the client yet

SCOPE OF WORK

• Operate utility equipment including bulldozers and backhoes
• Perform site grading, digging, and utility installation
• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE
• Support site work and general utility operations
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Certification in operating bulldozers, backhoes, or other relevant equipment
• Ability to work the scheduled hours and follow safety policies
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
