Step into a day on our shop floor
It’s 7:00 am. You join a quick safety huddle, review the day’s work orders, and roll a bucket truck into your bay. The aerial device drifts under load, so you trace the issue from the PTO to the hydraulic cylinders, reading schematics and blueprints, checking hoses, and validating pressures. A CANBus fault pops up—you grab your multimeter and diagnostic software (Quick Serve, DTNA, and others) to isolate the cause. By midday, you’re rebuilding a cylinder and buttoning up an aftertreatment concern on a diesel chassis. After lunch, you run DOT, ANSI, and dielectric tests to ensure everything meets spec, log your parts and labor for cost tracking, and keep the bay spotless. If a big job runs long, you’re open to overtime. That’s a good day here.
