Gold Spike - Fiddlestix is seeking Utility Prep!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interact with guests and provide a high level of service
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots/pans
- Assist with food preparation and stocking of the food line
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and all back of house areas
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant including wiping of tables, chairs and work areas
- Answer basic property and DTLV questions and provide information
- Perform other job related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Exceptional customer service and collaboration skills
- Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Working knowledge of cleaning/sanitizing equipment
- Able to effectively communicate in English in both the verbal and written form
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Education/Experience:
- Previous utility and customer service experience in the hospitality environment preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to obtain a health card
