This position is open to Alaska Residents only.
The position will analyze industry trends, generating economic analysis of potential Commission decisions, and monitor regulatory developments in other jurisdictions. This position requires a high level of expertise and depth of knowledge required to facilitate and manage the most complicated regulatory cases. The Utility Master Analyst position will provide high level assistance to the Commissioners, serve as subject matter expert in regulatory cases, and possess the knowledge in a number of pertinent areas to enable in-depth analysis and research as required. The incumbent will be expected to communicate at a high level, use sound and independent judgement, be a critical thinker, and possess in-depth problem-solving and analytical skills.
