Conduct daily walkarounds and safety checks on all assigned machinery and tools prior to use. Aid in loading trucks with hot mix asphalt, verify the correct mix types, and ensure that trucks are filled safely and properly. Clean up spills, clear blockages, and maintain a clean and hazard -free work environment around the plant. Adhere to company policies, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with all OSHA and environmental regulations. Monitor material inventory levels. Be willing to work overtime, weekends, nights, and in varying weather conditions to support plant operations and maintenance.

<\/li> - Experience working in or around asphalt, concrete, or aggregate plants, with knowledge of material flow and batching systems
<\/li> - Able to perform labor -intensive tasks, lift heavy materials, and work in extreme weather or around hot asphalt.
<\/li> - Ability to spot issues with equipment, material flow, or quality before they escalate into larger problems.
<\/li> - Willingness to take on a variety of tasks—loading, cleaning, maintenance—and shift between duties as needed.
