Utility Operator

Our Growing Columbus Area Company is looking for a Motivated Chemical Operator. The Chemical Operator is responsible for monitoring, adjusting, and maintaining chemical production processes to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality. The role involves working 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a rotating schedule and requires flexibility for additional shifts as needed. Initial training may be conducted during the day shift.

PAY: $25-$29+/hr

SHIFT: 12-hour Rotating Shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and adjust chemical production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Measure, mix, and handle chemicals according to safety and procedural guidelines.
• Operate and maintain processing equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Perform quality control checks and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED, with prior chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and process monitoring.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to follow instructions accurately.
