    The client is hiring Utility Operators to work in a fast-paced production environment, supporting safe and efficient operations of equipment and utility systems.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Experience operating utility systems preferred
    • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and follow safety policies

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently
    • Perform groundwork and general labor tasks
    • Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness
    • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards
    • Perform routine maintenance on equipment
    • Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed
    • Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency
    • Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies
    • Assist with additional duties as required
