The City of Minot is accepting applications for the entry level position of Utility Operator I in the Water Distribution Department, with an application deadline of Friday, June 19th 2026 at 4:00pm.

Nature of Work
This is manual and some semi-skilled work, assisting in the installation and removal, connecting and disconnecting of water meters, maintenance and repair of water meters, and meter reading. Maintenance and repair of lift station buildings, grounds and equipment. Repair and maintenance of all city-owned underground utilities. Work is performed under the supervision of a Utility Foreman or Lead. Please read the attached job description for complete details.

Veterans' Preference
