OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY:
Safely perform a variety of sanitation, equipment cleanings, and other related duties. Operate packaging equipment and check processing batch production.
Pay Range: $16.14 - $25.90 / hour
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Clean and sanitize all processing equipment according to procedure. Prime lines and complete batch record initiations. Properly fill out all procedures and batch records including filter information and tags.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Assist maintenance personnel in the setup of miscellaneous lines, removal and re-assembly of rotating joints, and other related duties.
- Assist processing technicians in the weighing and manufacturing of batches.
- Maintain an assortment of logs and records on cleaning activities and filters. Maintain utility supplies, equipment, and storage areas in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Perform other related duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school degree or the equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of related experience.
ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Supervisor, Processing and Utility
SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS/PYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Substantial amount of walking and use of ladders required.
- Must be able to lift quantities up to 75 pounds and handle/position quantities up to 450 pounds.
