Job Summary
Were hiring an Operator I-Utility Operator to run non-CNC fabrication equipment, assemble parts, and ensure products meet quality and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Operate lathes, mills, saws, tape cutters, and other fabrication equipment
Read work orders/blueprints and produce custom parts
Perform basic assembly using hand tools and paint accessories
Complete documentation and in-process inspections
Maintain part counts, packaging, and machine upkeep
Keep work area clean and follow all safety/quality standards
Support team training and suggest process improvements
Qualifications
Strong math skills; ability to read blueprints
Experience with measuring tools
Good problem-solving skills; able to work independently
Flexible with changing priorities
Willing to work overtime when needed
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Manufacturing experience preferred
$20.60 per hr (MonFri, 6:00 AM -2:30 PM)
