Utility Operator

Job Summary

We’re hiring an Operator I-Utility Operator to run non-CNC fabrication equipment, assemble parts, and ensure products meet quality and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate lathes, mills, saws, tape cutters, and other fabrication equipment

• Read work orders/blueprints and produce custom parts

• Perform basic assembly using hand tools and paint accessories

• Complete documentation and in-process inspections

• Maintain part counts, packaging, and machine upkeep

• Keep work area clean and follow all safety/quality standards

• Support team training and suggest process improvements

Qualifications

• Strong math skills; ability to read blueprints

• Experience with measuring tools

• Good problem-solving skills; able to work independently

• Flexible with changing priorities

• Willing to work overtime when needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Manufacturing experience preferred

$20.60 per hr (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM -2:30 PM)
