Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Perform daily equipment inspections as needed. Operate all heavy equipment as needed. Ensure trenching equipment is set correctly and safely climb in and out of trench box. Correctly install sanitary sewer water and stormwater pipe at proper specification and assist in manual operations of crew. Communicate and work with others in a high stress environment.
Job requires steady to intermittent physical activity including standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, shoveling, and raking. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications Must be willing to work flexible shifts. Must be willing to work in all weather conditions. Valid drivers license but a CDL is a preferred. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background.
