Hiring immediately for Utility Pole Construction Workers in Eugene, OR. This role involves utility pole preparation and fiberglass fire-resistant wrapping for infrastructure projects supporting utility systems across the West Coast.
This is a 4+ month project with potential for extension or long-term placement based on project needs and performance.
What Youll Do
Apply fiberglass fire-resistant wrapping materials to utility wood poles
Prepare utility poles using industrial tools and equipment
Support production flow, material handling, and yard operations
Maintain clean and safe outdoor work areas
Tools & Work Environment
Chainsaws, drills, planers, gainers, branders
Outdoor industrial production environment (all weather conditions)
Repetitive physical labor in a team-based setting
What Youll Bring
Ability to perform physical labor for full shifts (8+ hours)
Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Steel toe boots required
Construction, lumber, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
