Hiring immediately for Utility Pole Fire Crew Workers in Eugene, OR. This role involves utility pole preparation and fiberglass fire-resistant wrapping for infrastructure projects supporting utility systems across the West Coast.

This is a 4+ month project with potential for extension or long-term placement based on project needs and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Apply fiberglass fire-resistant wrapping materials to utility wood poles
• Prepare utility poles using industrial tools and equipment
• Support production flow, material handling, and yard operations
• Maintain clean and safe outdoor work areas

Tools & Work Environment

• Chainsaws, drills, planers, gainers, branders
• Outdoor industrial production environment (all weather conditions)
• Repetitive physical labor in a team-based setting

---

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to perform physical labor for full shifts (8+ hours)
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Steel toe boots required
• Construction, lumber, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
