(Job Description)
A large reputable utility company in Bothell, WA is currently hiring for a Construction Project Manager who will be handling utility relocation for full-blown roadway improvement construction projects.
Pay - $55/hr. - $65/hr.
Location - Bothell, WA (Hybrid Schedule)
Contract Duration - 24-Month Contract (Potential to convert to FTE)
(Responsibilities)
+ Will be responsible for supporting utility relocation projects for full-blown roadway construction projects.
+ Will be responsible for supporting utility roadway improvement projects.
+ Will be working closely with the construction, engineering, and design teams for utility relocation.
+ Monitor and manage project schedules and budgets.
+ Communicate with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
(Qualification Requirements)
+ 5-8+ years of construction project management experience.
+ Experience with major roadway construction and/or roadway improvement projects is a huge plus.
+ MEP construction project management.
+ Experience with utility construction (utility relocation experience is a huge plus).
+ Any construction experience within heavy water, sewer, power plants, etc. would be suitable.
+ Project budget and schedule management.
+ Stakeholder communication.
+ Comfortable submitting to a drug test (including THC) upon onboarding.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
