The Utility Stocker is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen by washing pots, pans, utensils, and equipment. Assists with bussing tables and supports overall restaurant operations to ensure a positive guest experience.
Must be 19 years of age or older to work in the Casino
High School Diploma or GED Required
Must be able to understand and speak English
Mustbe able to follow and understanddirections
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsible for cleaning and washing all kitchen equipment,pots,and pans
Cleans, washes, and inspects all dishware,silverware,and glasses
Responsible for taking out kitchen trash, including grease and food particles from garbage disposals
Responsible for cleaning walls, doors,ceiling, and floors in the kitchen and restaurant areas
Adheres to all food safety and handling set by the Nebraska Department of Health
Maintains friendly, professional, and polite demeanor with all employees and guests
Other duties as assigned
