Seeking a Utility Technician responsible for supporting multiple departments including furniture setup, maintenance, and facility support.
They will operate tools and equipment, respond to setup requests, and ensure proper storage and disposal of furniture and materials.
The role involves installing, relocating, and removing cork and white boards, hanging signage, assembling furniture, and managing inventory.
Additional duties include cleaning, special project work like carpet shampooing, and operating machinery such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of custodial or maintenance experience, proficiency with floor care machinery, and the ability to lift at least 35 lbs.
The shift is from 8 PM to 4:30 AM, with compensation between $19.45 and $20.45 per hour.
Must be flexible, work under pressure, and meet deadlines with accuracy.
