Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Utility Transmission Project Manager to work in the New Albany, OH area. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting a growing transmission and utility project portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Manage transmission, substation, and utility infrastructure projects from planning through completion
Coordinate schedules, budgets, contractors, and project stakeholders
Lead project meetings, reporting, and project execution activities
Support safety initiatives and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
Work closely with engineering, operations, vendors, and construction teams
Requirements:
Experience managing utility transmission, electrical infrastructure, substation, or major commercial construction projects
Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday
Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
PMP certification is a plus
Schedule:
•Flexible schedule available (4x10s or 5x8s)
•Minimal travel, no overnight travel expected
