Utility Worker 

We are hiring for a Utility Worker to join our team. As a Utility Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of production processes, contributing significantly to the overall efficiency and quality of our manufacturing outputs. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup and operation of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment as per schedule.
  • Manage material inventory, ensuring that all supplies are readily available for production processes.
  • Support team members in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area to comply with safety standards.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality production output.
  • Participate in safety training sessions and adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the plastics industry.
  • Ability to operate various types of machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing setting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends when necessary.
