We are looking for a motivated and safety-conscious Utility/Steel Worker to join our warehouse team in Camphill, PA. Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, the role will primarily involve operating mobile equipment, handling shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment tasks. This position requires a strong commitment to safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with or operate mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts, cranes, or other machinery)
• Handle shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes
• Ensure safety standards are followed consistently during all tasks
• Work collaboratively with team members and independently when needed
• Be flexible to work off shifts (2nd or 3rd) and weekends/holidays as required
