JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Utility Person
Shift: 2nd Shift 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Location: Cactus, TX
Reports to: Terminal Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely shuttle various types of trailers for our customers.
- Operating company equipment and tractors, maintaining its good working condition.
- Inspecting trailers and ensuring the proper trailer is being loaded.
- Safely assist in unloading cattle.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to safely operate the company's tractors, trailers, and other equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Available to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends.
- Capable of developing and maintaining good working relationships with customers and employees.
- A proven team player, dependable, and reliable.
- CDL license not required, but experience hauling trailers is strongly preferred.
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

- Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
- Base salary range of $20.00 per hour
