UTILIY DISH WASHER

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help keep our kitchen and service areas clean, organized, and ready for daily operations. This role plays an important part in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and efficient environment for guests and team members alike.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment by hand or using dishwashing machines
• Ensure all items are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen work areas clean and organized
• Remove trash, recycling, and other waste from kitchen and service areas
• Assist with basic cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
• Support the kitchen team with stocking and restocking clean items as needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Report equipment issues, supply shortages, or maintenance concerns promptly

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
• Willingness to work as part of a team and support overall kitchen operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or hospitality environment
• Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment and cleaning procedures

Work Environment

• Busy kitchen and support area with frequent standing, walking, and lifting
• Exposure to heat, moisture, and cleaning chemicals in a food service setting
• May require evening, weekend, and holiday availability depending on business needs
