The Utilization Manager provides leadership and oversight for utilization review activities to ensure appropriate use of healthcare resources, regulatory compliance, and optimal reimbursement outcomes.

 

What  We're  are looking for

• Master’s degree in Social work, Behavioral or mental health, Nursing, or other related health field.
• Three or more years’ clinical experience with the population of the facility and previous experience in Utilization Mgmt. 

 

 

Qualifications:

• LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: If applicable, current licensure as an RN within the state where the facility provides services; or current Clinical Therapist license as required, within the state where the facility provides services.
• EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Master’s degree in a Clinical Therapy Field, or Mental Health; or Registered Nurse. Three or more years’ Clinical experience with the population of the facility and previous experience in Utilization Mgmt.
