Location: Hoover/ Birmingham, AL/ Charlotte, NC/Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) End Client: Regions Bank Rate- $70 per hour on Pinnacle W2 and After FTE conversion salary will be $120k

Job Description

At Regions, the UX Accessibility Analyst is part of a Digital User Experience team focused on delivering user-centered, inclusive design solutions that enhance both customer experience and business outcomes.

This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams including design, development, and product to ensure accessibility is embedded throughout the product lifecycle. The hiring manager is seeking a highly skilled accessibility tester with strong experience working on large-scale enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct accessibility testing, audits, and validation across digital platforms
  • Collaborate with designers to review UX/UI designs and ensure accessibility is incorporated before development
  • Partner with development teams to identify, diagnose, and remediate accessibility issues
  • Provide detailed documentation of findings, including reports, recommendations, and remediation guidance
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards including WCAG 2.2 AA, ADA, and Section 508
  • Validate keyboard navigation, screen reader flows, and overall usability
  • Utilize both manual and automated testing methods
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on accessibility best practices and emerging standards
  • Support development of accessibility documentation for customers and internal teams
  • Promote collaboration and transparency across cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of experience in accessibility testing/analysis
  • Proven experience working on large enterprise-level applications
  • Strong background collaborating with both design and development teams
Technical Skills
  • Hands-on experience with assistive technologies:
    • JAWS
    • NVDA
    • iOS VoiceOver
    • Android TalkBack
    • Strong understanding of WCAG 2.
