Salary Range: $65.00-$70.00 per hr on W2
Introduction
We are seeking a professional to lead the design and structure of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This role is responsible for defining information architecture, user flows, navigation models, and interaction frameworks that align user needs with business objectives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to create scalable and effective user experiences across digital platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in UX Architecture, UX Design, Information Architecture, Product Design, or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture deliverables.
- Proficiency with UX and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Prior work experience in the client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise, web, mobile, or customer-facing applications.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches.
- Understanding of front-end technologies and development processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Define and maintain information architecture, user journeys, and navigation structures.
- Create user flows, wireframes, site maps, and experience models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, designers, and developers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Establish UX standards, best practices, and design frameworks.
- Identify usability issues and recommend improvements to enhance user satisfaction.
- Support the creation and evolution of design systems and experience guidelines.
- Present UX concepts, recommendations, and strategic solutions to stakeholders.
