Key Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to lead generative and evaluative research initiatives for an AI-powered recruiting platform. The ideal candidate will partner with product, design, engineering, and talent acquisition stakeholders to uncover user needs, evaluate product experiences, and drive research-informed decisions across recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate workflows. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Must have skills: -UX, AI- Platform , Saas 8+ years of UX Research experience within Enterprise SaaS, HR Technology, or similar complex platforms. Experience researching AI-enabled or AI-augmented products, including explainability, trust, and adoption challenges. Strong expertise in mixed-method research techniques including: User Interviews Surveys Card Sorting Co-Design Workshops Tree Testing Usability Testing Contextual Inquiry Hands-on experience with research platforms such as Dovetail, Maze, UserZoom, or equivalent tools. Strong ability to translate research findings into actionable product and design recommendations. *Note- The resource will be in direct touch with Business teams.
