Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centered experiences that enhance the usability and accessibility of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, create intuitive designs, and ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research and gather insights through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
Design Development: Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive experience across all products.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user requirements into design solutions.
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate designs and gather feedback, iterating on designs based on user insights.
Documentation: Create and maintain design specifications, style guides, and other documentation to ensure consistency in design execution.
Stay Current: Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
